Agartala, September 23, 2023: As part of the nationwide celebrations of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and its affiliates have undertaken various social programs across the state. One such program was a health camp organized in Harijan Colony area of the capital city on Saturday.
The health camp provided free medical services to many common people of the area, who were suffering from various ailments. The camp was attended by BJP state president Rajib Bhattacharjee, Tripura Tea Development Corporation Chairman Santosh Saha and other party leaders and workers.
Speaking to the media, Bhattacharjee said that the health camp was a part of the service programs that have been initiated from September 17 to October 2 on the occasion of the Prime Minister’s birthday. He said that the BJP is committed to serving the people of the state and fulfilling the vision of PM Modi.
He also said that the BJP and its allies have planned several other programs in the coming days, such as blood donation camps, cleanliness drives, tree plantation drives, distribution of fruits and sweets to children and senior citizens, and cultural events. He urged the people to join hands with the BJP in celebrating the birthday of PM Modi and making it a memorable occasion.
