Agartala, June 24, 2023: Radha Kishore Pur Police Station in Udaipur has been diligently conducting anti-narcotics operations in the entire sub-division on a daily basis. On the night of Friday last, the police carried out an extensive anti-narcotics raid at the residence of Salim Mia, a resident of Lichubagan area of Shalgarah. After a long two and a half hour raid, the police seized two packets of brown sugar, 125 vials of brown sugar, Rs 8500 in cash and two mobile phones.
According to the police sources the prime suspect drug dealer, Salim Mia who managed to evade arrest during the operation last night sensing the presence of the police has been successfully apprehended by the polices of Radha Kishore Pur police station today with a huge quantity of drugs and cash.
A good number of people of the society thinks that illegal brown sugar sellers in Udaipur have lost their sleep due to the way the Radha Kishore Pur police station staff has continued the anti-narcotics operation throughout the Udaipur sub-division.
