Chief Minister Visits Family of Tribal Woman Killed in Wild Elephant Attack

Agartala, April 4: Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha visited the residence of Monimala Debbarma, a 69-year-old tribal woman who was killed in a wild elephant attack last night.

Before attending an election rally at Chakmaghat today, the Chief Minister went to Ramakrishna Pur ADC Village under Mungiakami Block and spoke with the bereaved family members.

Family members and relatives broke down in tears on seeing the Chief Minister, who offered his condolences and expressed sympathy over the tragic incident.

Among others, BJP Northeast Coordinator Dr. Sambit Patra and several other leaders accompanied the Chief Minister during the visit.
