CM inaugurates 50-bed state Ayurveda hospital, flags off 13 mobile animal treatment vans

Agartala, January 04, 2023: Chief Minister Prof Dr Manik Saha on Wednesday inaugurated the newly constructed building of State Ayurveda Hospital of 50 beds here.

At the inaugural ceremony, Chief Minister was accompanied by the Hospital’s head Dr Sunanda Bhattacharjee, Health department Secretary Dr Debasish Basu, Director Subhasish Debbarma, Family Welfare and Preventive Medicine department’s Director Radha Debbarma and NHM, Mission Director Subhasish Das.

Meanwhile, Dr Saha also handed over artificial breeding equipment and bicycles among 46 workers who were trained in mobile artificial breeding in presence of ARD minister Bhagaban Chandra Das and AMC Mayor Dipak Majumder.

Besides, 1 mobile animal treatment van each has been given to 13 animal treatment centres of the state. The dignitaries also handed over the materials to the personnel trained in mobile artificial insemination and also flagged off the veterinary van.
