His recent act of kindness and support has brought immense relief to Dibyendu Bikas Deb, a resident of  Khowai district, who was bravely battling a serious medical condition.

In a remarkable turn of events, Chief Minister Dr. Saha came to know about Dibyendu’s plight through a heartfelt video posted by the Youtuber, Sudip Dn. The video featured Dibyendu appealing for financial assistance to overcome his medical challenges.
