Agartala, 25th July 2024: Common Service Center (CSC) Day was commemorated with notable reverence at Sukanta Academy in Agartala city on Thursday. The event was inaugurated by CSC Tripura State Director Biswajit Debnath alongside CSC CS and Bhagwan Patil, who lit the ceremonial lamp to mark the occasion.
In his address, Biswajit Debnath highlighted that July 25 is designated as CSC Day. The celebration also marked the 15th anniversary of the CSC initiative, which has significantly impacted the delivery of essential services to the public. Debnath noted that CSCs currently offer over 200 services across the state, including critical financial and lending services that present competitive job opportunities.
The CSC’s mission, Debnath emphasized, is to foster a digitally and financially inclusive society by providing essential services to citizens. Among the key services offered are Government-to-Citizen (G2C) services, Business-to-Citizen (B2C) services, financial services, education and skill development, healthcare, and agricultural services.
