Agartala, 5th November 2024: The local committee of the CPIM held its conference on Tuesday afternoon at Bishramganj. The 15th anchal committee conference of Bishramganj took place at Durga Das Smriti Bhavan in presence of party’s district secretary and former minister Bhanulal Saha, Bishalgarh CPIM Sub-Committee Secretary Partha Pratim Majumder, CPIM Bishalgarh Sub-Committee Secretariat body member Tapan Debnath, Dilip Roy, GMP Sub-Committee Secretary Sunil Debbama and others.
CPIM Party Anchal Committee conferences are held every three years. CPIM Sepahijala District Committee Secretary and former minister Bhanulal Saha addressed the gathering. The conference saw participation from 40 representatives and 40 anchal committee members.
To ensure the smooth conduct of the conference, strict security measures were implemented by the Bishramganj police station. The administration took necessary steps to prevent any untoward incidents during the anchal committee conference.
