Agartala, December 27: In a distressing turn of events, Sridevi Debbarma (26), a resident of Karichandra Para in North Takmachara ADC Village under Santirbazar Police Station, has sought the help of the police in locating her missing husband, Surajit Debbarma.
Reportedly, Surajit left his home on November 24 at 4 pm, stating that he was heading to Raas Mela. However, he failed to return, prompting growing concerns from his family.
Sridevi, the distraught wife and mother of three children, including a three-year-old girl, initiated a search for her husband in various locations but found no trace of him.
She left with no other recourse, filed a written case at the Manpathar Police Outpost on Wednesday. The situation has left the family in turmoil as Surajit’s absence raises questions about his well-being and the welfare of their three young children.
Speculations suggest that Surajit may have left his family due to alleged extramarital affairs. These claims add a layer of complexity to the already distressing situation faced by Sridevi Debbarma and her children.
Responding promptly to the written complaint, the police from the Manpathar Outpost Police Station initiated a field search today to locate the missing Surajit Debbarma. The community and police are now working collaboratively to unravel the mystery surrounding Surajit’s disappearance and provide support to his concerned family.
