Agartala: July 20. In a devastating incident at least 6 shops burnt into ashes. The incident took place this morning at 82 Miles in Longtorai Valley. Sources said that today morning at around 4 AM local people have witnessed a massive fire in side a sweet shops of one Niranjan Deb at 82 Miles Market. Soon after the fire spread and engulfed more five neighbouring shops. The people immediately informed the fire service officials.
Fires tenders from Kanchanbari, Manu and Kumarghat reached at spot and doused the fire but all the six shops burnt to ashes.It is suspected that from the gas oven in sweet shop the fire may caught. The lose amount worth Rs 50 lakh.
