Agartala, 26th December 2025: Aryavart International University (AIU) is set to host the International Conference on Integrated Mental Health, Ayurveda & Digital Well-Being (ICIMHAD 2026) on March 7, 2026, marking a major milestone in its ongoing effort to expand global academic outreach. This upcoming event will focus on the intersection of traditional Indian wellness and modern digital health, providing a platform for international researchers to address contemporary challenges in mental health. The university is positioning this forum as a key driver for interdisciplinary innovation within the region.
This forthcoming conference follows a highly active 2025 schedule that significantly bolstered the university’s research credentials. Most recently, AIU organized the 4th International Conference on Research in Multidisciplinary Studies on October 8, 2025, in partnership with Misan University, Iraq.
Earlier that year, the university hosted MEDINITY 2025: International Conference on Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine on August 10, as well as a specialized conference on AI in Daily Life on February 17. These events were designed to bridge the gap between emerging technology and traditional academic subjects, attracting a diverse range of scholars and professionals.
The university’s established conference series traces back to 2023 and 2024, when it cemented its international partnerships through the 2nd and 3rd editions of the International Conference on Research in Multidisciplinary Studies. These events, held in collaboration with Al Mansour University College, Iraq, established a precedent for cross-border academic exchange. By utilizing virtual and hybrid formats, the university has successfully removed geographical and financial barriers, allowing international participation from researchers who might otherwise be unable to attend such forums in North Tripura.
To ensure high scholarly standards, all conferences organized by AIU follow rigorous academic protocols, including peer review of submitted papers and the publication of formal proceedings with ISBN registration. Selected research is also funneled into peer-reviewed journals and indexed in Google Scholar, providing participants with recognized publication pathways and increased citation visibility. Backed by approvals from the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and the Bar Council of India (BCI), the university continues to integrate these conferences into its broader research ecosystem, fostering a culture of knowledge exchange and professional networking for the local and international academic communities.
