Agartala, 3rd January 2025: The state conference of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) commenced today at Dharmanagar, with the Governor Indra Sena Reddy Nallu inaugurating the event. The conference will conclude on January 05, according to the ABVP.
The North District Administration was fully engaged with the state conference activities. The Governor arrived at Dharmanagar at 3 PM and was accorded a guard of honor by the administration.
The three-day conference is being held at the Vivekananda Swarda Satabarshiki Bhavan in Dharmanagar city. Governor Nallu was accompanied by Assembly Speaker Biswa Bandhu Sen, ABVP Central Committee Vice-President Mandar Bansur, State President Dr. Devraj Panigrahi, State Committee Secretary Gaurav Das, Swagat Samiti President Arunabh Chakraborty, Secretary Nirmal Das, Central Committee Member Shasati T Chintala, and Tripura University co-Incharge Reshmi Jamatia.
Governor Indra Sena Reddy Nallu inaugurated the conference at 3:30 PM, delivering a speech in which he expressed his best wishes for the success of the event. He highlighted the progress India has made under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, particularly in education. “The country is moving forward in all aspects under the leadership of the Modi government at the Centre. Especially in the field of education, the country has come a long way compared to before,” he said.
The Governor also shared his personal connection with the ABVCP, stating, “My politics started from Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad.” He praised the strong leadership of Prime Minister Modi, saying, “Due to the strong leadership of Prime Minister Modiji, India is leading the world today in various fields including education, military, and health.”
Emphasizing the importance of students, he remarked, “Students are the future of the country; they will lead the country in the coming days.” He also lauded the ABVCP, calling it “the number one student organization in the world.”
