Agartala, August 29, 2022: BJP national president Jagat Prakash Nadda has offered prayer at Mata Tripura Sundari Temple in Udaipur under Gomati district on Monday morning. His wife Mallika Banerjee accompanied him to the temple and offered puja.
At Mata Tripura Sundari Temple, former Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb and his wife Niti Deb, incumbent Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha, BJP state president Rajib Bhattacharjee and Tourism minister Pranajit Singha Roy along with others accompanied Nadda.
Earlier, on the way to Udaipur, JP Nadda was felicitated by Cooperative minister Ram Prasad Paul at his own assembly constituency, Suryamaninagar, in front of Tripura University (Central) and offered floral tribute to the statues of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and Deen Dayal Upadhyay.
Thereafter on his way to Mata Tripura Sundari Temple, large number of people were standing in queue and waiving hands. A zeal of enthusiasm has been noticed among the people after seeing the national president of the largest political party in the world.
