Agartala: November 27. In a unique example, the union minister of state for Social Justice and Empowerment, Pratima Bhoumik today spent her morning with tea garden workers by plucking tea leaves at Meghlipara tea estate in Khayerpur.
Bhoumik was seen plucking tea leaves with the tea garden workers while she spoke to the workers.Shortly after she posted a post on social media, citizen has appreciated the deeds of the union minister and shared the post widely.
On Facebook, Bhoumik wrote, “We all start our day with a cup of tea. And if that tea can be drink by sitting in a tea garden, with garden workers, then the feeling is different. This morning at the Mekhlipara tea garden in Khayerpur with a discussion over a cup of tea with the garden workers”.
