MoU Signing Ceremony and Administrative cum Health Camp Program’ at Mohanpur

Agartala, 19th February 2024 :   The Maharaja Bir Bikram College Alumni Association (MBBCAA), in collaboration with the SDM Office, Mohanpur, organized a momentous event, “MoU Signing Ceremony and Administrative cum Health Camp Program”, on Monday at Debendranagar, Mohanpur. This event marked the official adoption of Debendranagar Gram Panchayat, symbolizing a commitment to its holistic development and welfare.

The event commenced at 11:30 AM by lighting the lamp in the premises of the Debendranagar Gram Panchayat office in the presence of Alumni officials N.C. Sharma, Dr. Goutam Saha, Tamal Pal, Dr. Nirmal Bhadra, Principal, M.B.B. College, Saptaparni Majumder, BDO of Bamutia RD Block, Subrata Kumar Biswas, DCM, Mohanpur, Rupashi Das Kal, Gram-Pradhan, Debendranagar Gram Panchayat, and Puja Malakar Sarkar, Vice-Chairperson, Bamutia Panchayat Samiti. Beside them other dignitaries, community leaders, members of MBBCAA, faculties of MBB College and officials from the SDM Office, Mohanpur, graced the occasion with their esteemed presence.

The highlight of the event was the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the MBB College Alumni Association and the Debendranagar Gram Panchayat, formalizing the partnership for the development of Debendranagar Gram Panchayat.

The SDM Office, Mohanpur, pledged comprehensive administrative support to streamline government schemes and services in Debendranagar Gram Panchayat. During the program a free health camp was organized.

The event fostered meaningful interactions between the villagers, local authorities and representatives of the Alumni Association.

In addition to the MoU Signing Ceremony, Alumni Association arranged Khichdi to all villagers present in the event.
