Agartala, 4th April 2026: Panic spread at Narikelkunj Lake after an NIT student went missing while taking a bath in the water.
According to reports, 20-year-old Abhinav Singh, a resident of Uttar Pradesh, had gone to Narikelkunj with four friends yesterday for a visit. They stayed overnight at the site. This morning, while bathing in the lake, Abhinav Singh reportedly drowned.
Authorities were immediately informed, and police rushed to the scene following the incident.
