Agartala, July 25, 2022: NSUI, South District Committee leaders and members submitted a memorandum with a six-point charter of demands to the Additional District Magistrate of South Tripura district. At 12.30 pm on Monday, the students of the Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar College in Belonia gave a memorandum of six-point charter of demands to the Additional DM of the southern district.
The memorandum of six demands are, a sufficient number of professors should be appointed in various subjects in the college, college students should not be transferred unnecessarily by respecting the needs of college students, integrated B.ed course should be started, introduced TRTC bus services from Rajnagar, Hrishyamukh, Paikhola bazar, etc. After issuing the memorandum, the leaders of the organization told the media that the district administration will take all these matters seriously and will take them to the attention of the higher authorities.
The memorandum was submitted by Southern district organization leader Shukhahari Tripura, former Congress MLA Dilip Chowdhury, Congress state vice-president Bhola Nath Dhar, youth leader Ajitabh Majumder, among others.
