Agartala, 24th February 2025: After two months and three days, the offering boxes of Mata Tripura Sundari Temple have been opened, marking a significant event for the temple’s management and devotees. The counting of the offerings commenced at 9 AM on Monday with Deputy Collector Kalidas Ghosh overseeing the process. He assured that the counting is being conducted in a safe and orderly manner.
In total, 15 offering boxes and one chest were opened for counting. A team of 15 workers has been engaged in the meticulous task of counting the offerings. According to Deputy Collector Ghosh, the offerings will be utilized for various purposes, including the service work of Mata Tripura Sundari Temple, temple management and development activities.
To ensure a smooth and secure counting process, security arrangements have been significantly strengthened. The temple authorities are optimistic that this collection will yield a substantial amount, which will greatly contribute to the temple’s development initiatives.
