PBIU begins 7-day sewing training camp at Kanchanpur

Agartala, October 30, 2022: A seven-day sewing training camp was inaugurated in Kanchanpur on the initiative of Prajapita Brahmakumari Ishwariya University on Saturday. A total of 25 women will be trained by trainers in this training camp on how to sew with better quality for seven days.

MDC Shailendra Nath inaugurated the camp by lighting a lamp, SDM Subhash Acharya was present as the chief guest, besides Dr Alok Dewan, the in-charge doctor of Kanchanpur sub-division hospital was also present.

After this inauguration BS Mamoni on behalf of Prajapita Brahma Kumari Ishwariya University discussed how women can become self-reliant through sewing training.

The guests present through their speeches highlighted how women can bring positive message to the society by being self-reliant besides doing their house-family work. At the end of this seven-day training camp, they will be given certificates.
