Agartala Oct 31: Trinamool Congress has now begun its polls efforts to fight the 2023 battle in Tripura.On Monday Trinamool Congress leaders and activists led by Rajya Sabha MP Sushmita Dev distributed party leaflets among the common people including shopkeepers, pedestrians in the city urging them to follow the work done by Mamata led TMC government in West Bengal.
Asked by the reporters about the leaflet distribution program, Sushmita Dev said, “These leaflets are to make the people of Tripura aware about the developmental works done by Mamata Banerjee led Trinamool government in West Bengal”.“It is only Mamata Banerjeee’s party that can oust the ruling BJP from power and set the people of Tripura free from BJP’s misrule”, she added.
Dev further slammed the ruling BJP accusing it for spreading terror by encouraging criminals and anti-social elements to carry out heinous activities including violence on women.The TMC leaders sought support and votes from the common people of the state based on the developmental works done by Mamata Banerjee led Trinamool government in the state of West Bengal adding that it is the Trinamool Congress that can give them good governance.
The Trinamool leaderships asserted that in the 2023 assembly polls people will have the power to change the government. Trinamool leaders urged upon the common people to save themselves from BJPs misrule by voting TMC to power..
