Police Recover 10 Stolen Bikes, Return Them to Owners

Agartala, 24th December 2025:  West Agartala Police have successfully recovered 10 stolen bikes and handed them back to their rightful owners. The development was announced by a senior police official during a press conference today.

According to the police, several bikes had been stolen from different areas, following which formal complaints were lodged at the police station. Based on these complaints, the police launched an investigation.

Acting on confidential information, police conducted raids at multiple locations. As a result, six accused were arrested in connection with the thefts. The arrested individuals are currently in judicial custody.

During interrogation, the accused confessed to their involvement in the crimes. Based on their statements, police were able to recover a total of 10 stolen bikes from various places.

Police officials said further investigation is underway to determine whether the accused were involved in other similar theft cases.
