Agartala, 21st November 2024:  The sole Member of Parliament in Rajya Sabha from Tripura, Rajib Bhattacharya, left the state today to attend the winter session of Parliament. Before his departure, Bhattacharya stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been working tirelessly for the development of Tripura and other Northeastern states.

“We don’t need to ask for anything because, even before we ask, PM Modi provides us with everything. Additionally, our state government, led by Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha, is focused on improving the health sector. I have also written to Union Health Minister JP Nadda, advocating for an AIIMS-like hospital. This, along with the development of both tribal and non-tribal communities and the speedy progress of national highways, will be discussed,” he added.
