Agartala, February 06, 2023: Union Defence minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday urged the people to re-establish BJP government for continuing the development across the state.

Addressing an election-campaign rally at Kailashahar, Singh said that the people of Tripura had established the BJP-led government in 2018 making it a “Super Hero” from a “Zero”.

“Before 2018 polls, I have participated in a road show and seeing the presence of people on two sides of the road, I received the indication that BJP will form government. There has been immense development under the leadership of former Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb and incumbent Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha and people are well aware about all these”, he added.

Singh said “After the formation of BJP-led government, all houses and villages were connected with electricity. Under several flagship programmes of the central government, Tripura people have reaped benefits. Starting from PMAY, PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, Saubhagya Yojana, Jal Jeevan Mission and many more.”

He appealed the people to form BJP-led government once again for development of all. Singh confidently claimed that the Tripura will become number one state in the entire NE region. “BJP is the only party which think for all the communities in this country. BJP should get the great support”, he also added.
