Agartala Dec 26: Qualified pharmacists placed deputation to the Director of Health Services demanding immediate start to the recruitment process.
The job aspirants alleged, “It has been years since no recruitment of Pharmacists took place. We met with the Director number of times but nothing happened.”
Talking to the reporters one of the job aspirants said, “Last year the cabinet approved recruitment of Ayurvedic and Homeopathic pharmacists but even after more than 1 year, the state government has not initiated the recruitment process”.
“Even though there are massive number of vacancies limited posts were announced but that too are put on hold”, said a youth adding that it is the 8th time that they placed deputation to the Health Director.The job aspirants requested the government to publish the notification at the earliest and complete the recruitment prior ensuing assembly elections.
