Robbers looted man in broad day light,

Agartala, 4th October 2023 :   In a shocking turn of events, a daring robbery transpired amidst robust security measures today afternoon adjacent to the Radha Nagar bridge. The victim, identified as Muhammad Ali, had just exited an ATM when he was brutally assaulted by two unidentified assailants.

The attackers made off with an estimated sum of Rs 6,000 from Ali, who was returning home after receiving his salary. Eyewitnesses promptly rushed to Ali’s aid, who recounted the harrowing experience, “Two unknown youths approached me, subjected me to a severe beating, and forcibly took away 6,000 rupees.” He expressed his intention to file a report with the local police.

 This incident has sent shockwaves through the community, as the area is known for its stringent 24-hour security coverage. The route is frequently traversed by ministers and VIPs, prompting questions about the apparent disparity in security provisions for the general populace. Local residents are now eagerly awaiting updates on the investigation, hopeful that the perpetrators will be identified and apprehended with the assistance of CCTV footage.
