Rozgar Mela: 305 appointment letter distribute by BSF IG

Agartala, 23rd December 2024:   The Border Security Force organized 14th tranche of ‘Rozgar Mela’ today at Frontier Headquarters of BSF Tripura, Salbagan, Agartala.

Ashwani Kumar Sharma, IG, BSF was the chief guest in which 305 appointment letters were distributed among the appointees from all across the State to join various ministries and department, CAPF  including 116 BSF, 14 Assam Riffle, 30 CISF, 98 CRPF, 22 ITBP,07 SSB, 4 in SBI and postal department-14.

Darshan Lal Gola, IG, CRPF and other senior officers were also present during the distribution of offer of appointment to the selected candidates.

In the Rozgar Mela more than 71,000 appointment letters were handed over to the youth at 45 different locations all over the country. 43,421 youth will join CAPF while remaining in other ministries and departments.

 Today’s initiative will be a significant step towards fulfilling the Prime Minister’s continuous commitment to providing job opportunities for the youth and ensuring the welfare of citizens. As per the directions of the Prime Minister, all Ministries and Departments are working hard towards filling up existing vacancies against the  sanctioned posts.

These recruitments are being done in a mission mode by the ministries and departments either by themselves or through recruiting agencies such as SSC and other Recruitment Boards. Selection processes have been simplified and made tech-enabled for expeditious recruitment.
