Agartala, 10th April 2025: To truly build a self-reliant India and Tripura, every state and central government project must reach the last mile, touching the lives of the most marginalized sections of society, said Minister of Industry, Commerce Santana Chakma today.
Speaking as the chief guest at the inauguration of three tehsil offices and a DCM office building at Sonamura Mahakuma in Melaghar, the Minister underscored the importance of proper implementation of development schemes.
“The government is working tirelessly for the overall development of Tripura,” said the Minister, adding that while complete development cannot yet be claimed, full efforts are underway to ensure inclusive growth across the state. She called upon the people of Tripura to cooperate with the government to make these goals a reality.
The Minister also inaugurated four office buildings under Melaghar Municipal Concil of Sonamura subdivision — the newly constructed DCM Office, Melaghar Tehsil Kachari, Tel Kajla Tehsil Kachari, and Sonamura Tehsil Kachari. These projects have been developed at a combined cost of Rs 1.33 crore.
