Agartala, 19th February 2026: The closing ceremony of Saptashakti Sangam took place at the Conference Hall, Central Library, Tripura University on February 19. The event was attended by educators, research scholars, students, and dignitaries.
Dr. Sindhu Paudial, Assistant Professor, Department of Philosophy, Tripura University, was the Chief Guest. Prof. Milan Rani Jamatia, President, Vidya Bharati Shiksha Samity Tripura, presided over the event.
Dr. Poonam Mukherjee, Prant Pramukh, Saptashakti Sangam, Tripura, conducted the event and presented a detailed report on the activities organized since October 4, 2025. A total of 23 events were held in schools and sanskar kendras, with around 1500 participants, including mothers, teachers, educators, and social leaders.
The objective of the events was to promote women empowerment and highlight the role of women in society and the country. Dr. Sindhu Paudial and Prof. Milan Rani Jamatia discussed the significance of women’s roles and the success of the events, respectively.
The program was ended with the vote of thanks by Tandra Gan Chaudhary.
