SDPO administration begins drive against street crimes, anti-social activities

Agartala, December 05, 2022: The Sadar Sub-Divisional Police Administration led by its SDPO Ajay Kumar Das launched a special operation group in preventing street crimes and anti-social activities in different parts of the Agartala city.

The special operation group consists of sub-inspectors and police personnel of East and West Agartala police stations, said Das while speaking to media persons here in the city on Sunday evening.

He said that this operation has been conducted at Maharaj Ganj Bazar, RMS Chowmuhani and Dim Sagar area. Along with anti-social elements, the police is keeping a sharp eye on the drug peddlers and making untiring efforts to clean the city.

The special operation group will hold its drive rotation-wise in different parts of Agartala city and on daily basis, he also added.
