Agartala, October 10, 2023: Cooperative minister Shukla Charan Noatia visited Aitorma, a cooperative society in Tripura, on Tuesday morning. He was accompanied by Tripura State Cooperative Consumer Federation Chairman Tuton Das and other officials. The minister inspected the current condition of Aitorma and inquired about various issues related to its functioning.
The minister told reporters that Aitorma has an important role in the economic development of the state and that the government will give importance to business expansion through Aitorma in the coming days. He also said that he had a detailed discussion with Tuton Das and other officials on how to achieve that goal.
Aitorma is a cooperative society that deals with various products such as rice, pulses, spices, oil, etc. It aims to provide quality products at reasonable prices to the consumers and also to support the farmers and producers of the state.
