Agartala, 6th July 2024: A head-on collision between two motor rickshaws left six passengers injured today at noon. The incident occurred in the bustling Barajala area, where local residents quickly sprang into action.
“People around were in shock when they saw the accident,” said a local resident who witnessed the collision. “We immediately contacted the fire brigade for help.”
Firefighters promptly arrived at the scene, rescuing the injured passengers and transporting them to GB Hospital for further treatment. The swift response of the emergency services was crucial in providing timely medical attention.
An official from the fire brigade provided details of the incident, stating, “Two motor rickshaws collided head-on, resulting in injuries to six passengers. Our team quickly responded to the call and ensured that all the injured were taken to the hospital without delay.”
