Agartala, December 28, 2022: A rally was organized on the initiative of Sonamura CPIM Divisional Committee at Melaghar Jai Chandra Bal Mandir to restore democracy, establish rule of law and end the rule of plunder in the state.
A procession from Melaghar Lal Miah Chowmuhani where started and on the other hand another procession from the party office in Melaghar CPIM met at Lal Miah Chowmuhani. From Lal Miah Chowmuhani, two processions joined together and circumambulated the whole market till Melaghar BOC and assembled on the Jay Chandra Bal Mandir ground.
CPIM former vice-president Subal Rudra presided over the rally. Moreover, CPIM state secretary and party’s central committee member Jitendra Chaudhury, CPIM state committee members Suresh Das and Shamsul Haque, MLA Shyamal Chakraborty and others were also present in today’s rally.
CPM former vice-president Subal Rudra and state secretary Jitendra Chowdhury addressed the rally.
