Agartala, 25th November 2025:    A special awareness programme on food safety and nutrition was organized at Kirti Bikram Institution School, Udaipur, highlighting the importance of healthy eating habits among children.

The initiative was conducted under the slogans “Safe and Nutritious Food School – Eat Right, Stay Bright” and “Safe Food, Smart Students, Stronger Tomorrow.” The programme aimed to instill safe food practices and promote balanced nutrition among students.

The event was led by U Fitness Center, an FSSAI-recognized training partner with long-standing experience in food safety initiatives across the state. It was supported by FoSTaC (Food Safety Training and Certification Authority). Trainers emphasized the importance of consuming safe daily meals, identifying nutritious food choices, understanding the harmful effects of adulterated or unhygienic food, and adopting the principle of “Eat Right, Stay Healthy.”

The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from both students and teachers. Trainer Gaurav Saha engaged the audience through videos, charts, real-life examples, and interactive discussions. He also conducted hands-on demonstrations, which generated keen interest among the students.

Teachers at the institution remarked that such initiatives not only raise awareness but also play a vital role in improving students’ long-term health and lifestyle. They expressed hope that regular programmes of this nature would help children develop healthier and more scientific food habits.

Representatives of U Fitness Center announced plans to extend similar food safety and nutrition awareness programmes to several other schools across the state in the near future.

Overall, the initiative was hailed as a significant step towards building a healthier future for students.
