State-wide exhibition on ‘New Criminal Law’ from September 10, CM to inaugurate

Agartala, 8th September 2025 :  Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha will inaugurate a five-day state-wide exhibition on the theme ‘New Criminal Law’ at the Indoor Exhibition Hall, Hapaniya, on September 10 at 12 noon. The exhibition will remain open to the public till September 14.

MLA Minarani Sarkar, Chief Secretary J.K. Sinha and Director General of Police Anurag will attend the inaugural programme as guests of honour. Home Secretary Abhishek Singh, ADGP (Training) M. Raja Murugan and ADGP (AP) G.S. Rao will also grace the occasion as special guests.

The exhibition is being organised to create awareness about the newly enacted criminal laws and their implications. Crime Branch IGP A. Ramesh Reddy has urged people across the state to participate in the exhibition.
