Agartala Oct 28: Pressing for the longstanding demand of immediate recruitment into the vacant posts, STGT, STPGT qualified job aspirants once again knocked the door of Deputy CM Jishnu Dev Varma on Friday.
The qualified job aspirants met the Deputy Chief Minister who also holds the portfolio of Finance Minister Jishnu Dev Varman at his official residence demanding immediate recruitment of all the qualified youths.Today too, the Qualified STGT job aspirants got assurance about recruitment together.
Notably, those who qualified STGT exam in 2022 have been demanding all together appointment since long time. They have already met state Education Minister, Information and Culture Minister and Finance Minister Jishnu Dev Varman with this demand several times. All the three ministers assured them about their appointment. But no notification has been issued yet.
The education minister told them that a file will be sent to the finance department soon.Meanwhile, the job aspirants once again came to meet the Deputy Chief Minister on Friday regarding this issue of recruitment. The Deputy Chief Minister assured them that the file will be available at the Finance Department soon. However, as the Chief Minister is out of the state, discussion will be done as soon as he comes, said Jishnu Dev Varma.He further said, on November 4/5, the representatives will be called for discussion.The details were provided by the STGT job aspirants amid a press conference at the Agartala Press Club on Friday.However, according to the critics the state government is playing a game of “Pass the Ball” and all speculations will end only if the state government recruits the qualified unemployed youths.
