Agartala, May 15, 2023: The concluding ceremony of the month-long competitive ‘Baisakhi’ festival organized by the Dharmanagar Sangsad of Bangla Sanskriti Balay was held at Vivekananda Swardha Satabarshiki Bhavan on Sunday evening.
SC Welfare minister Sudhangshu Das inaugurated the function at Vivekananda Swardha Satabarshiki Bhawan on Sunday at the closing ceremony of the month-long program organized by Dharmanagar Sangsad of Bangla Sanskriti Balay.
Dharmanagar Municipal Council Chairperson Pradyot De Sarkar was the chief guest, Sebak Bhattacharya, Chief Advisor of Bangla Sanskriti Balay and senior journalist of the state was the special guest.
At the beginning of the closing evening program of the month-long ‘Baisakhi; festival, the program began with the performance of the theme song written by Sebak Bhattacharya, chief advisor of Bangla Sanskriti Balay.
More than 1000 students participate in the ‘Baisakhi’ festival. Among the participants, the first to fifth place winners in each category were awarded prizes and certificates at the closing ceremony.
