Agartala: April 01. A 35-year-old youth was tragically killed today after a train ran over him at North Jaynagar in Jirania. The name of the dead youth is Abhiram Debbarma. Father’s name is Methur Debbarma a resident of Chikgharia under Mandwai.
According to the details of the incident, the young man died after being hit by a train from Agartala to Dharmanagar on Saturday morning. Local people saw the body on the railway track and informed the police of Mandwai police station. The police rushed to the spot after receiving the information. The dead body was recovered from there and sent to the hospital morgue for autopsy. As the news of the death of the young man hit by the railway spread, a shadow of deep grief descended on the area.
