Tripura children bags medals in 58th National Martial Arts Competition

Agartala, January 27, 2023: The 58th National Martial Arts Competition was held in Guwahati from January 21 to January 23 last. Contestants from different parts of the country participated in this competition. 58 contestants also participated from Tripura. Among them were boys and girls.

Tripura competitors performed very well and won gold, silver and bronze medals. They reached Agartala railway station by train on Thursday. They are happy to get good results in this competition.

Among them, Sanchita Debnath and Arpita Debnath, two daughters of social worker Nantu Debnath of Mohanpur won bronze. Besides, niece Chandramita Roy won the gold medal.

On behalf of the Mohanpur Yuva Morcha, a group of youths including Yuva Morcha president Chandra Kumar Shil went and greeted them.
