Agartala, 8th September 2025 :   Aspirants vying for Special Executive posts under Tripura Police have voiced strong demands for the immediate publication of the merit list and swift completion of the long-delayed recruitment process.

Speaking to media persons here today, one of the candidates said that a recruitment notification was issued in 2022 for 6,062 Special Executive positions. Physical and written examinations were conducted shortly thereafter. However, nearly three years have passed without any official declaration of results, leaving thousands of applicants in limbo.

“There has been no sign of recruitment for three years. We are losing hope and time,” said one of the aspirants, urging authorities to act without further delay.

The candidates have appealed to Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha to personally intervene and ensure the matter is addressed with urgency. They emphasized that the prolonged delay is affecting livelihoods and undermining trust in the system.
