Tripura Teacher Bags National Teachers’ Award 2025, CM Extends Congratulations

Agartala, 25th August 2025:  Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Monday congratulated Bidisha Majumdar of Hariananda English Medium Higher Secondary School in Gomati District for being selected for the prestigious National Teachers’ Award 2025 by the Department of School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Education, Government of India.

Expressing his delight, Dr. Saha said, “Heartiest congratulations to Smt. Bidisha Majumdar on this remarkable achievement. Her dedication and contribution to the field of education are truly commendable.”

The Chief Minister added that such recognition not only honors the hard work of educators but also serves as a source of inspiration for both students and teachers across the state, encouraging them to strive for excellence in education.

The National Teachers’ Award is one of the highest recognitions for teachers in India, conferred annually to celebrate outstanding contributions to school education and the holistic development of students.
