Agartala, 28th December 2025:   The much-awaited 36th Tripura Trade and Industry Fair is scheduled to begin on January 29, 2026, at the International Exhibition Ground in Hapania, Agartala. The 15-day event will continue until February 12, 2026, welcoming visitors daily from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Organized by the Department of Industries and Commerce in partnership with the Tripura Industrial Development Corporation Limited (TIDC), this year’s fair promises an expansive showcase of the state’s industrial and cultural offerings. At a press briefing held at TIDC’s conference hall, Board Director Mihir Sarkar announced the fair’s opening and introduced a new online portal for stall bookings. Bookings will be open from 10:00 AM on December 29, 2025, until January 15, 2026, with payments accepted via net banking, UPI, credit, and debit cards.

To support participants with digital bookings or technical queries, a help desk has been established at the TIDC office in Khejurbagan, Agartala, operational during office hours throughout the booking period. Stall allocation will operate on a “first come, first served” basis.

The fair will host 390 stalls across multiple zones, including the indoor exhibition hall, Tripura Haat, Technology Pavilion, and food court. Visitors can explore a wide array of products and services, from bamboo crafts, textiles, sarees, jute goods, jewelry, and household items to food processing, tourism, rubber products, furniture, and automobiles. Participants will include entrepreneurs, manufacturers, central and state government departments, and public sector undertakings (PSUs).

Evenings at the fair will feature cultural performances, while children’s programs and interactive activities will keep younger visitors engaged throughout the event.
