Agartala, 11th  May 2026: In a significant step towards strengthening rural livelihoods and promoting community development in Tripura, the Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission (TRLM) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The/Nudge Life Skills Foundation.

The agreement was formalised in the presence of TRLM CEO Tarit Kanti Chakma.

According to TRLM, the partnership is aimed at providing technical support to reduce vulnerabilities across selected blocks and districts in the state. It will focus on creating sustainable livelihood opportunities and improving the socio-economic resilience of rural and marginalised communities.

Under this collaboration, both organisations will work together on capacity building, skill development, and the implementation of inclusive development programmes. The initiative is expected to enhance access to livelihood resources, improve employability, and support long-term income generation for vulnerable groups.

TRLM further stated that the partnership aligns with broader efforts to promote sustainable rural development and community empowerment in Tripura. By combining TRLM’s strong grassroots implementation network with The/Nudge Life Skills Foundation’s expertise in skilling and livelihood enhancement, the initiative aims to drive meaningful and lasting impact at the community level.
