Two Bangladeshi nationals held in city

Agartala: July 18. Tripura has become a corridor of human trafficking. Despite the presence of BSF jawans at the border, infiltration is on rise as more two Bangladeshi nationals held in Agartala city.

Two people illegally entered the state using the border. The police of West Agartala police station managed to arrest them on Tuesday. There was a hotel in the area of Colonel Chaumuhani who came from Bangladesh in search of work. The police arrested them based on a tip-off. According to the investigating police officer of West Agartala police station, they were roaming in different hotels in Agartala city in search of work. As soon as this news came to the police, the police started investigating. No valid documents were received from them.

Both the youth came from Rangamati area of Bangladesh who entered India illegally through Sabroom area. And in search of work the they went to hotels in colonel Chaumuhani area. The police of West police station arrested two Bangladeshi youths from there. The two arrested are Anu Sasing Marma and Tui Sasing Marma.
