Unakoti District Receives SKOCH Award for Governance Initiative ‘Sampark’

Agartala, 22nd June 2026:  In a moment of pride for Tripura, the District Administration of Unakoti District has been conferred the prestigious SKOCH Award at the 108th SKOCH Summit held in New Delhi.

The award ceremony took place at the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, August Kranti Marg, where the honour was received by Megha Jain along with Tamal Majumdar.

The recognition was awarded for the district’s innovative governance initiative titled “Sampark”, presented under the summit theme “Regulatory Framework for Viksit Bharat”. The initiative has been lauded for enhancing administrative efficiency and strengthening citizen-centric service delivery.

Expressing gratitude, the District Administration acknowledged the collective effort of its team, stating that the recognition reflects their dedication, hard work, and continuous commitment to excellence in public service.
