Agartala, 24th November 2025: A Unity March was organized in Udaipur subdivision of Gomati district this morning to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
The rally began at the Gomati District Sports Complex ground and saw wide participation from students of various schools, professionals from different fields, and local residents.
Finance Minister Pranajit Singha Roy, MLA Abhishek Debroy, Udaipur Municipal Council Chairman Shital Majumder, Gomati District Magistrate Rinku Lathher, and Superintendent of Police Dr. Kiran Kumar were present.
The march proceeded through several streets of the town before concluding at Matarbari.
Speaking on the occasion, Finance Minister Pranajit Singha Roy highlighted the significance of Patel’s legacy in uniting the nation and emphasized the importance of fostering harmony and collective responsibility in society.
