Agartala Dec 20: A woman killed her husband by stabbing him with a machete on late Monday night due to alleged family disputes. The deceased was identified as Rajbahu Tripira a resident of Govinda para of South Sonaichari under Belonia police station.
Accused woman Biswamala Tripura surrendered before the police and narrated the entire incident of crime. She also took her 3 girls and one boy child to the police station.Police registered a case of murder and also brought the body of deceased Rajbahu Tripura and sent it for an autopsy to the Belonia hospital.
Rods, machete were recovered by police from the spot of crime.However, it could be known that deceased Rajbahu Tripura used to torture his wife Biswamala since long time and finally she killed him without being able to bear the torture any further.The incident has created a stir in the entire area.
