Youth Festival Inaugurated in Yuvrajnagar Block, Dharmanagar Subdivision

Agartala, November 18: In a vibrant ceremony, the Youth Festival centered on the Jubarajnagar block of Dharmanagar subdivision was inaugurated on Saturday. The event, organized by Jubarajnagar RD Block in collaboration with the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports, saw the participation of notable figures, including MLA Yadav Lal Debnath, Uttar Tripura Zilla Parishad’s Sabhadipati Bhabatosh Das, Chairman of Jubarajnagar Panchayat Samiti Shripada Das, and social worker Malina Debnath.

During the inauguration, Zilla Parishad Sabhadipati Bhabatosh Das emphasized the pivotal role of youth in India’s progress, highlighting that 70 percent of the country’s population comprises young individuals. He commended Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, noting India’s remarkable achievements in various global rankings.

Das underlined the significance of the youth festival, providing a platform for local talents to shine. Both the State and Central Governments were acknowledged for their support in fostering an environment where the youth can showcase their skills and talents.
