Bengal: Foam-stacked godown gutted at Jamuria, Burdwan, no casualty

A stockyard stacked with foam, alongside its manufacturing unit at Jamuria in west Burdwan on Saturday. reduced to ashes following the blaze, official sources said.

There had been no casualties in the fire, which was brought under control by a fire-fighting vehicle with its personnel.

The fire, which was noticed around 6 a.m. at the Dream Poly Pack, factory, may have been caused by a short-circuit in the electrical wiring system, the fire brigade sources believed, sources added.
