Bihar assembly was adjourned till lunch on Thursday following unruly scenes created by the opposition as some of the members were not sitting at their allotted seats.
In protest against this, the RJD member Bhai Virendra reached close to the Treasury bench and tried to sit in the seat of the Chief Minister, the leader of the house.
Taking strong note of the action of Bhai Virendra, Chairman of the public accounts committee, amid noise and chaos created by the opposition members from the well of the house, the Speaker Nand Kishori Yadav pointing towards Bhai Virender scolded him and warned him of dire consequences.
Irked at the intentions of Bhai Virendra, the Speaker ordered the security personnel to Marshal him out of the house along with other members creating chaos.
Following the unruly scene the speaker adjourned the house till lunch at 12.06 hours during the pre lunch sitting.
Earlier when the enlisted legislative businesses were taken up after the question hour, the RJD member Alok Mehta pointed towards some of the members not sitting in accordance with the laid sitting arrangements and tried to draw attention of the speaker towards it describing it as a serious matter.
The speaker however announced that all members had to sit according to the arrangements.
The other members of the opposition, in support of the issue raised by Mehta created noise from their places and later trooped to the well after which the entire house plunged into a chaotic situation.
The speaker asked the members to maintain order in the house but the ruckus continued leading to adjournment of the house till lunch.
