Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar on Tuesday gave instructions to effectively reach various schemes implemented through Annasaheb Patil Economically Backward Development Corporation to the needy beneficiaries of the society.
Speaking on occasion of silver jubilee anniversary of the Corporation at the Deputy Chief Minister’s office in the state Assembly, he said that the role of the government is to give justice to every section of the society for overall development of Maharashtra.
He said that various welfare schemes are implemented through Annasaheb Patil Economically Backward Development Corporation for upliftment of the society.
Special efforts should be made to effectively reach these schemes to the needy beneficiaries of the society, he said while giving instructions to ensure that no eligible beneficiary is deprived of the schemes.
Pawar assured the house that the Annasaheb Patil Economic Backward Development Corporation will not be allowed to suffer from lack of funds.
