There has been a slight change made to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Himachal Pradesh itinerary, official sources said on Tuesday that the prime minister will now visit Una on October 13 before heading to Chamba.
In Una, he will flag off the Vande Bharata train from Amb-Andora (Una) railway station to Delhi.
He will also address the people after flagging off the train, the sources added.
It is said that the change in the programme has been made at the request of the local MP-cum-Union Information and Broadcasting Minister, Anurag Thakur, to give a boost to the election campaign of the BJP in the poll-bound state especially in the lower hill areas.
